12.45-1.15pm Beginners running
1.15-2.00pm Intermediate running
2.00-2.30pm Grit Cardio
2.30-3.00pm Grit Plyo

10.00-11.00am Yoga
11.00am-12.00pm Zumba
1.00-2.00pm Body Pump
