A fun mixed impact class which includes aerobics, conditioning and core exercises for a full body workout. Choreographed to the latest hits, with high/low options throughout this workout is for all levels of fitness.


Aerotone

The optimal mix of cardio, strength and core exercises in one workout to invigorate your entire body and to leave you feeling healthier, happier and fitter.


Aqua Aerobics

A water based aerobics class.  The resistance of the water strengthens and tones your muscles for a full body workout  without putting any strain on your joints. 


Aqua Combat

Strike, punch and kick against the resistance of the water to driving music with this innovative circuit based water workout in the shallow end of the pool. 


Beginners Running

A fun and social session for those wanting to get outdoors and improve their fitness. We offer a 1-2 mile run for beginners and 3-4 miles for intermediates.


Body Attack ™

This high energy sports inspired cardio workout combines cardiovascular athletic and strengthening exercises to build your functional fitness and leave you feeling energised

GRIT: Cardio

GRIT: Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.  


GRIT: Plyo

GRIT: Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body


GRIT: Strength

GRIT: Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.


SPRINT

Les Mills SPRINT™ is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s a quick and hard style of training on the bike that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. It features bursts of intensity where you work as hard as possible, followed by periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff is you burn calories for hours after a good HIIT workout.
