Aeromix

A mixed impact class designed for a range of fitness levels, we show both high and low intensity moves to all the routines.


Aqua Aerobics

Fun based water alternative to studio aerobics. The water lowers the impact of the exercise whilst still providing an all over body workout.


Badminton For All

Back To Sport. For players aged 11 years and over.


Running

We offer beginners and intermediate running sessions to test every ability. Get started or get faster - the choice is yours.


Circuit

Incorporating several exercises designed to strengthen and shape the body and to improve cardiovascular fitness.


CXWORX

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.


GRIT: Cardio

This explosive, 30-minute team training session combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.

£6 for non-members


GRIT: Plyo

Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these 30-minute team training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.

Intermediate Running


Low Aqua

A gentle exercise to music in water, ideal for people with back/joint problems. This session takes place in the shallow end of the pool.


Pilates

A gentle and effective form of exercise that can be practised by people of all ages and abilities. Floor based session with slow controlled movements to strengthen and tone the body, improving posture and increasing flexibility.


Swim Fit

This session provides the opportunity for adults to swim lengths and is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. This is an instructor led motivational session.


Thump Boxing

Still one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles and build strength. Involves mainly boxing combinations, cardio drills and specific boxing exercises. This class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness.


Yoga

A combination of physical and mental disciplines promoting strength, flexibility and mental relaxation.


Zumba

A Latin inspired, easy to follow programme that blends red hot international music whilst being an exhilarating, calorie-burning dance.
